You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return period begins the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Use the original packaging if possible. If unavailable, ensure the item is securely packaged with sufficient padding and includes all original components.
We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Attach it to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item), all return costs are fully covered.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you via email.
